Wow! That's it? I figured there would be the usual Christmas episodes at least but I guess not.

No, not usually. Disney Channel would air Christmas episodes of shows like Gabby Duran, Raven's Home, Sydney To The Max in December only if they produced one.

The reason the live action shows don't have a Christmas episode this time around is because basically all of them have had their season/series finales in recent months, same applies to Gabby Duran and Sydney To The Max.
Only animation get's the Christmas episodes this year. (I know Disney Bake-off is also live action and will get the Holiday episode in very early December, but it's not a Disney Sitcom show.)
It also didn't help that for many of the current shows the season premiere dates were up in the air while they were still in production, so they had no idea if the current season would still be airing in November, and in some cases didn't know if they were renewed by the time production wrapped. Like during last year's Chicago Christmas Special on the ABC O&O's they had the cast of Gabby Duran send a holiday greeting with WLS's anchors saying the new season was going to premiere in March, it didn't premiere until June.
Sometimes if an upcoming season has a filler holiday episode they'll air it before the official season premiere, but for obvious reasons they can't do that for the new season of Raven's Home. (Hopefully if the upcoming season does have a holiday episode, they can get everyone who left the show to guest star) The only other live action series that currently have new episodes in the can are Secrets of Sulphur Springs, which isn't really the kind of series that can return with a filler Christmas episode, and Ultra Violet & Black Scorpion which didn't premiere yet.
Yeah. Gabby Duran and Sydney To The Max wrap up seasons 2 and 3 next week, and still nothing has been announced. All they have episodes in for are Secrets of Sulphur Springs and Ultra Violet & Black Scorpion and 4 episodes of Raven's Home Season 5 so far. They're gonna have to renew or pick up some more shows soon though, because they're running out of content. They have 2 pilots. Amy From Amarillo and Saturdays which neither hasn't been picked up, and then they have the option of renewing Gabby Duran and Sydney To The Max for seasons 3 and 4.
Gabby Duran & The Unsittables has been cancelled. The actor Nathan Lovejoy confirmed it on his Instagram today saying there won't be a Season 3. So this marks a show Disney Channel has cancelled, and I'm sure Sydney To The Max will be cancelled too given that S3 was renewed before S2 premiered, and GD S2 was renewed, before the series premiered. Disney Channel have 3 new shows set to premiere, so of course Disney was gonna cancel some shows.
For those who don't want to wait until 8pm, Christmas...Again?! is now available on Disney Channel on Demand, DisneyNOW (https://disneynow.com/shows/christmas-again) and Disney+ (https://www.disneyplus.com/movies/christmasagain/6LBqUTqduFue).
Kyle, was the show Disney Fam Jam cancelled after Season 1? It hasn't aired an episode since December 4, 2020.
They no longer include it on the list of shows on their press site. It was kind of impossible for them to produce another season of show like that with the ongoing pandemic and the vaccine only getting approval for kids a few months ago.
Makes sense, so it was probably cancelled? What about Bunk'd? Any word on a Season 6?

There is no S6, there would have been word on a renewal by now. Also, some Bunk'd actors have basically said that it was the series finale during the week of the S5 finale airing.
Has Disney released the January 2022 Highlights yet?
