Tamlyn Tomita (ABC's "The Good Doctor") guest stars as Inspector Tezuka, a tough-minded police officer, and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa ("The Man in the High Castle") guest stars as Akita, an infamous doctor of robotics.
